About the Project
Rise of Pilgrims is a web-based game developed from the ground up, designed to provide an engaging experience for players who enjoy strategy, adventure, and community interaction. Our team was responsible for the design, planning, marketing, PR, and community communication throughout the project. This included defining the game's concept, developing its mechanics, and executing strategies to build a strong player base.
The technical side of the project was expertly managed by David Domkar, who handled the development, server management, and technical architecture to ensure a seamless user experience.
In addition to the game’s development, we focused on building a community through strategic marketing and social media efforts. The game has now attracted over 25,000 registered players, thanks to a combination of compelling gameplay and consistent engagement with the community.

Game Design and Development
The development of Rise of Pilgrims involved careful planning and collaboration within our team to ensure the right mix of gameplay, user interface, and mechanics. We began by defining the core features, game flow, and objectives, ensuring that the game provided a fun yet challenging experience for the players.
In addition to the core development, we hired designers and graphic artists to create the visual aspects of the game, including character designs, environments, and overall artwork, to ensure the game had a unique and captivating aesthetic.
The game was initially created as a web-based game, and we are currently in the process of expanding it to mobile platforms (Android and iOS) to reach a larger audience and increase player engagement. This transition is part of our ongoing strategy to grow the game's community and enhance the user experience.
Additionally, to ensure compliance with legal requirements, we implemented necessary legal documents for the game, including a Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy to protect users' data and ensure transparency.

We chose the right e-commerce platform to handle the production and shipping of merchandise using print-on-demand and dropshipping services. This allowed us to avoid the need for inventory management and the costs associated with upfront production. Key features of the e-commerce setup included:
